Thank you so much for choosing me to be your hairstylist. Take a look at the information below for details regarding your appointment, policies, directions, and more!

What to Expect

Ash Studio is located at 207 Newbury Street Boston. It is on the second floor right above Central Perk Cafe. Go right up the stairs, my studio is #208 inside the Area Salons section. Just walk right in :)

On the day of please arrive on time in order to get the most out of your appointment. Metered parking can be found on the street but keep in mind this is a prime area and parking can be tricky especially on the weekends so be sure to allow yourself extra time to find a spot. Otherwise there are plenty of garages nearby, the closest ones being at Nike on Exeter St or at the Prudential mall.

Once you arrive we will go over your hair goals, what the process is, and any maintenance that will be involved in achieving the best results for your hair. Please be sure to arrive with CLEAN dry hair if you are having any kind of chemical service done, this will ensure that you get the best results.

FAQs

​

- What should I bring to my appointment?

Inspiration photos are one of the best ways to express what kind of look you have in mind, so having 2-3 photos ready will be ideal. Complimentary snacks and refreshments will be available but feel free to bring your own food especially if you're in for a long appointment. Free Wifi is also available and you are more then welcome to bring your laptop in case you want to get some work done while your in my chair :)

- Can I bring a friend?

Yes, you can absolutely bring a friend to come hangout while you get your hair done. Just keep in mind the studio is on the smaller side and does get full quickly. If you and your friend want to get your hair done together, I do offer joint appointments as well. Just reach out and let me know and I will arrange the booking.

- What if I'm late? 

Please do your best to be on timeout I understand things happen sometimes. if your going to be more than 15 minutes late please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you but there might not be enough time to complete your full service.

- What is your cancelation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule you may do so online through the confirmation link up to 24 hours before your appointment. Let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, there will be no penalty for the first offense however there will be a 50% service fee for any further offenses.

- What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or apple pay

- What if Im not happy with the results?

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are unhappy with your hair for any reason, please let me know within 7 days your appointment. I'm happy to offer any adjustments needed to ensure you leave loving your hair.
